TRAINING
Not only is it great to have an understanding of who we are, but also how we can grow. Unique and interactive training events allow participants to discover their strengths and weaknesses and identify key growth areas. Trainings are also excellent ways for teams to explore their type together and begin to grow into stronger communication, conflict management, and collabaration.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® has many different tools to help individuals or organizations explore such things as communication and conflict styles, inter-personal dynamics, and stress responses. Through consulting the best tool can be found for your needs.
SERVICES
TOOLS
Currently, the primary tool we work with is the The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI). This instrument has been around for 50 years and is regularly reviewed and constantly being enhanced and developed. The Myers & Briggs Foundation is committed to eliminating racial, cultural, and gender bias in their assessments.

There are two versions of the MBTI available - Step I and Step II. After taking the Step I and debriefing with a certified practitioner, one receives a 4 letter type that many are familiar with (ESTJ, INFP). The Step II is a lengthier assessment and takes each of these four letters and breaks them down into five facets. This gives us a more complete picture of our type and helps highlight some of our atypical behaviors compared to others of similar personalities.

After completing each of these assessments, there is a wide variety of reports available to explore.
